The Idea

As part of a relaunch UBank revealed its new guiding principle ‘Just the Bank You Need’ to inform every aspect of the bank moving forward. The launch featured a television show called ‘All I Need’, which examined the truth about our wants and needs, Outdoor, Digital, Social and PR.

The Results

All I Need generated the highest web traffic in 2 years

200% increase in searches

500K + online views on the TV show alone

UBank increased their daily sales by 150% during the campaign.

The campaign was highly efficient: $123 of settlement per $1 of marketing spend (YTD) it is well ahead of the FY13/14 rate of $58.

Ultimately UBank hit $4.2bn in home loans, the highest the brand has ever achieved.
